According to the opinions of the National Copyright Administration on further strengthening the copyright supervision of Internet communication works and the key copyright supervision work plan, according to the authorization of works reported by relevant rights holders, the early warning list of copyright protection for the ninth batch of key works in 2022 is hereby published.

Relevant Network Service Providers shall take the following protection measures for key works in the copyright protection warning list: network service providers directly providing content shall not provide works in the copyright protection warning list without permission; internet service providers providing storage space shall prohibit users from uploading works in the copyright protection warning list; relevant Network Service Providers shall speed up the handling of the notice of the copyright protection early warning list about the deletion of infringing content or the disconnection of infringing links.

Local copyright administrative law enforcement supervision departments shall issue copyright warning warnings to major network service providers in the region to plus-sized copyright monitoring and supervision. Unauthorized illegal dissemination of key works of copyright protection warning through information network shall be investigated and dealt with strictly and quickly according to law.
