Ham talks about the aspects that the team needs to improve: Retreat & give confrontation but not foul & defensive rebound
Live broadcast on November 8th, the Lakers lost 116 to 139 to jazz in an NBA regular season that ended today. After the game, coach Ham was interviewed by the media.
When asked what changes the team needs to make to upgrade to another level, Ham said: “We just need to be more united, do some small details well, do a good job of switching defense, and fight against but not foul, everyone fought for the rebound. Today, we didn’t grab the 50 percent of the balls or the defensive rebounds. Many of these balls turned into their three points, or we lost the foul, or something bad for us. It is these three aspects. If we do better in these three aspects, the team will have a huge improvement and our defense will return to the level at the beginning of the season.”
