Live broadcast on November 4th according to US media reports, Primo’s lawyer William J. Briggs said that the former Spurs psychologist had another picture of the accusation against his client Hillary Cauthen, and his statement at the press conference was roughly as follows:
The lawyer said that 19-year-old Primo had suffered psychological trauma and the team arranged a psychologist to treat him Hillary Cauthen. Primo always goes to her office in shorts after training or competition. Now Primo is being hurt by this psychologist. She is compensating for some economic benefits and spreading fear by playing with stereotypes and racial discrimination. Primo was shocked by these charges, and many people who knew him well felt that he was used by the medical expert who was twice his age.
The lawyer also claimed that Cauthen’s behavior was a betrayal of her client, and she lied that Primo exposed her body during the treatment. These charges are either fabricated out of thin air, or added to the oil or fantasy. Primo did not expose his body intentionally, nor did he know that his shorts might be exposed. Cauthen also never reminded her client (Primo) to show up. She has always been Primo’s spiritual pillar and confidant, and Primo has great trust in it. She is much older than Primo and has many years of experience in sports psychology. What is puzzling is why she never reminds Primo of the risk of getting out of her shorts.
Finally, the lawyer said that Primo was at the beginning of a promising career, and he was destroyed by these false charges and the layoffs of the Spurs. He is still seeking treatment to deal with the psychological trauma caused by misleading charges of Cauthen doctors and the trauma he suffered in his childhood. He is looking forward to clearing the charges and continuing his career.
According to previous reports, Primo issued a statement to accept all charges shortly after being dismissed.
