NBA Vice President: Mexico City will become one of the candidate cities if the alliance expands its troops in the future
Live broadcast on November 9-Mark Tatum, vice president of NBA, recently accepted an interview with American media Andscape and talked about topics related to NBA military expansion.
“The expansion of the army is not within our consideration at present, but at a certain point in time, if we want to expand the Army, then there is no doubt that Mexico City must become one of the candidate cities.” Tatum said. “One of the biggest challenges in building a team abroad is the long journey and the facilities of the venues. But Mexico City has world-class venues, and we have been to Mexico city many times to play regular season matches. There is also a development league team here, so the venue is not a problem.”
“Travel is not a problem either. It doesn’t take a long time for NBA teams from Texas and Florida to come here, and it won’t take a long time for some teams to come here. Therefore, we will consider all these things, and for these reasons, you must consider Mexico City. But again, we don’t consider expanding the Army at present.”
