Budenholzer: Middleton’s training in the development league is very smooth. He still needs some time.

Speaking of Middleton’s recovery progress, Buden said: “His training progress in the development alliance is very smooth, which is a very important part of his recovery. But he is expected to need some time to improve his state.”
Middleton underwent a repair operation to tear the ligament of the left wrist in early July and is expected to miss the opening stage of the regular season. He played 66 games in the regular season from 21 to 22, with an average contribution of 20.1 points, 5.4 rebounds and 5.4 assists.
