Ham said: “I have seen some players waiting for their time behind the scenes. They have been working hard, so when they are asked to play, they will do their best.

“Of course, I have seen the opposite side. Some players have a negative mentality. They blame the world, feel sorry for themselves, and then when they have to play, they cannot adapt to the team physically or rhythmically.

“So my advice to them is to keep working hard. You never know when your opportunity will come.”
