Bendel said: “I am healthy now, which is the most important thing at present. I really fell in love with European basketball and European league. There are many competitive teams and excellent players here. The European league is getting stronger every year, so I will definitely come back. I just have to keep healthy.”

When asked which European league team he preferred, Bendel replied: “It really doesn’t matter, but of course, I would like to return to Maccabi. This is a very special team. For me, the more important thing is to look at the situation, the development, and which team can enter the playoffs and become the champion. I want to be a member of these teams.”

Bendel added: “There is no doubt that I want to return to NBA in the future.”
